AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RULES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW SUBDIVISIONS AND OF RE-
SUBDIVISIONS, PROVIDING FOR PRELIMINARY AND FINAL APPROVAL
OF ALL SUBDIVISION PLATS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGES AND AMEND-
MENTS, AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF TRUE REGULA-
TIONS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0, 1906 AND ALL AMENDMENTS
THERETO, AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OR SECTION OF ORDIN-
ANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1.LR ,and all amendments thereto, be
and the same are, hereby repealed in their entirety.
Section 2. That pursuant to published notice a public hearing has
been duly held, and the Council has determined that the proposed
municipal Subdivision Ordinance in its original form, should be and is now
adopted as a municipal Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That an official copy of the municipal Subdivision
Ordinance, as adopted, and including a certificate by clerk as to its
adoption and effective date is on file at the office of the City Clerk.
Section 4. It is further ordained that copies of such loose-leaf
Subdivision Ordinance shall be kept available at the Clerk's office for
public inspection and in the Waterloo Plan and Program Commission office
for sale at cost to the public.
