All ORDINANCE VACATING 30 ' BUILDING LINE PARALLEL
WITH THE SOUTH LOT LINE OF LOT 7 , HILLTOP PLACE -
ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AS FOLLOWS :
The 30 foot building line which is parallel
with the South lot line of Lot 7 , Hilltop
Place Addition known as 1171 Prospect Boule-
vard, in the City of Waterloo , Black hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 6th day of
November, 1978, approved by the Mayor on the 6th day of Nover.
