AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF SCOTT AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 28, Township 89, Range 13 West
of the 5th Principal Meridian described as:
Beginning at a point on the East line of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28
a distance of 30 feet South of the center line of
Lark Lane; thence South along; the East line of said
Section 28 a distance of 140 feet; thence West a distance
of 10 feet; thence North parallel with the East line
of said Section 28 a distance of 140 feet; thence East
a distance of 10 feet to the point of beginning
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 9th day of October,
1978, approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of October, 1978.
