ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 8 9 '
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 149 TO SECTION 2A-5, CONDITIONAL
ZONING IN A R-2 ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1, That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be
further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 148 of said Section, the
following Sub-Section No. One hundred forty-nine (149) :
149"
Lots 39, 40 and 41, Kearn's Addition, all in City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, commonly
known as 2709 University Avenue.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as Conditional in a
R-2 One and Two Family Residence District.
Section 2. That the Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file
a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 2nd day of October, 1978,
approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on the 2nd day of October, 1978.
