AN ORDINANCE REDEDICATING AND NAMING ALL OF FAIRBANKS DRIVE
LYING WEST OF FORRESTER AVENUE AND NORTH OF RAINBOW DRIVE,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as follows:
That all of Fairbanks Drive lying West of Forrester Avenue and North of
Rainbow Drive in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby
rededicated for public street purposes and that said public street is
hereby renamed Fairbanks Drive.
That the action taken by the City Council vacating this land in
Ordinance No. 2700 and dated October 7, 1974, is hereby specifically
repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the first reading the /8�
