ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 150 TO SECTION 2A-5 , RE-
ZONING CLRTAIN PROPERTY-.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLTE'CIL OP THE CITY OF 41ATEDLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 149 of said
Section, the following Sub-Section No. one hundred ,.*ty (150) :

That part of the Southwest 0,uarter of Section Igo. Eight
(S) Township Vo. ;:iUhty-eight (88) North, Mange No .
Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth Principal i°Ieridian, in
the City of Waterloo, slack dawk County, Iowa, bounced
as follows :
Commencing at a mint on the West line of said
Southwest Quarter that is Eight hundred Forty-Six and
Forty-five Hundredths (846. 45) feet South o" the '. orth-
west corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence Last a
distance of Four Hundred and Eighty-six zundreu•ths
(400. 86) feet; thence South a distance or' '1hree
Hundred Twenty-six (326) feet; thence West a dista;..co
of Four Hundred and i:ighty-six Hundredths (400 . 86)
feet to the West line of said Southwest Quarter;
thence North aloe; said west line a distance of
Three Hundred Twenty-six (3[6) feet to the point
of beginning
now Zoned on the Zoning '-,,,lap of '•iaterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"R-i" One and Two Family residence District as above
described" .
Section 2. That the City Cleric be, and she is 'Hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordi,iance wita
the Recorder of Black hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 18th day of
September, 1978, approved by tie Mayor on tae loth day of
September, 1973.
