BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended, be fur- ther amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 147 of said Section, the following Sub-Section No. One hundred forty-eight (148) ; "148 PTOPos". "R-1" 0%W and TM Family Residence District: A part of the NEk of the NWk and NWt4 of the NE's of Section 11=-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows..
