AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF WATERLOO
TRAFFIC CODE BY AMENDING (45) E. FOURTH STREET TO
SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER, BY DELETING
SAID SUBSECTION (45), AND INSERTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (45) E. FOURTH STREET TO SECTION 553,
NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
That Subsection (45) E. Fourth Street of Section 553, No Parking Here to Corner, of the
City of Waterloo Traffic Code, is hereby deleted and inserting in lieu thereof a new Subsection
(45) as follows:
(45) E. Fourth Street
east side in the 2000 block in a southerly direction from
Charles Street; east side in the 700 block in a southerly
direction from Pine Street; west side in the 1700 block in a
southerly direction, north of Newell Street.
