RESOLUTION NO. 2020-203
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH 3 STOOGES, LLC OF TO ALLOW
EARTH-MOVING ACTIVITIES IN PREPARATION OF
DEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE SOUTH OF 1246 MARTIN
ROAD, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated March 23, 2020, between 3 Stooges, LLC, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to allow earth-moving activities in preparation of development of the site south
of 1246 Martin Road, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23`d day of March 2020.
