AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL N-S ALLEY IN KOEPKE' S SUBDIVISION
WITH CITY' S RETENTION OF 8' UTILITY EASEIENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
All of the North-South Alley located
in Koepke' s Subdivision in the City
of Waterloo , Black Hawk County, Iowa,
with city retention of a utility ease-
ment.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 24th day of July,
1976, approved by the Mayor on the 24th day of July, 1978.
