AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY ADDING SECTION 308,
HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that:
Section 308, Handicapped Parking Spaces, is hereby added to Ordinance
No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
as follows:
Sec. 308. HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES.
When signs are erected designating certain parking spaces as
reserved for handicapped drivers, no person shall park any vehicle in
said spaces unless he/she has a state permit designating that person
to be handicapped.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 3!1e( day of J1, ,
