Members present: Chairperson Schmitt, Jones. Absent: Getty. Cole filled in for Getty.
Moved by Cole, seconded by Jones that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.
Moved by Cole, seconded by Jones that appointment of Daniel J. Trelka to Director of Safety
Services —Submitted by Mayor Buck Clark, be approved.
Councilperson Schmitt, I will be voting against this. Chief it has nothing to do with you and I
know you know that.
Ayes: Two. Nays: Schmitt. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Cole, seconded by Jones that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:53 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
