ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 7 2
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 145 TO SECTION 2A-5, RE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of. Ordinance No. 2479 , as amend-
ed, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 144 of
said Section, the following Sub-SectiorNo. One hundred forty-
five (145) :
"145
All that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section
No. Thirty-four (34) , Township No. Eighty-nine (69)
North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the 5th Princi-
pal Meridian in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, lying South of Second Addition to
Keryon's Addition and lying East of First Addition
to Kenyon' s Addition, except the East 393 feet
thereof and except legal streets .
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-1" One
and Two Family Residence District, be and the sane is hereby
Conditional Zoned.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder
of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on l2th day of Jure,
1978, approved by the Mayor on the 12th day of June, 1978.
