ORDINANCE NO. 52 / 6_ "
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HEATING CODE OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, ORDINANCE NO. 1971, BY ADDING NEW SECTION 203,
PARAGRAPH 1, SUBSECTION (f) ; ALSO BY REPEALING
SECTION 303 IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF NEW SECTION 303
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Section 203, Paragraph 1, Subsection (f) is hereby added to Ordinance
No. 1971, Heating Code of Waterloo, Iowa; that Section 303 of the Heating Code
of Waterloo, Iowa, Ordinance No. 1971, is hereby repealed in its entirety, and
new Section 303 is hereby enacted in lieu thereof to the Heating Code of
Waterloo, Iowa, Ordinance No. 1971, as follows:
Section 203 - Issuance of Certificate of Competency
1.
(f) Certificate of Competency for heating systems in mobile
homes only.
Section 303 - Minor Work - No Permit Required
No permit shall be required for minor repair or alterations which do not
require dismantling of the furnace and do not exceed Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00) as the price charged the owner.
