URDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 142 TO
SECTION 2A-5, RETUNING CERTAIN PRUFERTY.
BE IT ORDi INED BY THE CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NTtiI'ERLUO, IU;-4ye
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amend-
ed, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 141 of
said Section, the followinq Sub-Section No. One Hundred Forty-
two (142)

All of Lots 2 and 3 in Hallocks i-lat of Outlnts
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multi-
ple Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-2" Commercial District as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder
of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
