AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2940, RELATING TO THE
GRANTING OF A CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE TO CABLE COUNTRY
T.V. , INC.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Ordinance No. 2940, relating to the granting of a cable
television franchise to Cable Country T. V. ,Inc. is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 24th day of April,
1978, and approved by the Mayor this 24th day of April, 1978.
