ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 6 1
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 143 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 142 of. said Section,
the following Sub-Section No. One hundred forty tlhime'M43) :
"143
All of Hollywood Addition and that part of Lewis Miller's
Small Farms lying South of the Centerline of Campbell Avenue
and its Westerly extension, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "U-1" Unclassified
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District as above described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 17th day of April, 1978,
approved by the Mayor on the 17th day of April, 1978.
