ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 141 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 140 of said
Section, the following Sub-Section No. One hundred forty one (141) :
"141
The South two and one-half (2k) acres of the East Ten
(10) acres of the West Twenty (20) acres of the South-
west Quarter W of Section One (1) , Township Eighty-
nine (89) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-1" One and Two Family
Residence District as above described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 17th day of April, 1978,
approved by the Mayor on the 17th day of April, 1978.
