SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
For the consideration of One and 00/100 Dollars ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, City of Waterloo,
Iowa does hereby convey to The Salvation Army the following described real estate in Black Hawk County,
Iowa:
West 32 feet of the North 155 feet of Lot 13, Auditor Rainbow's Replat, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
and
Lot 14, except the North 126.5 feet, and Lot 24, Auditor Rainbow's Replat, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
and
Lot 18, Auditor Rainbow's Replat, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Subject to (a) easements, conditions, and restrictions of record; (b) general utility and right-of-way
easements serving the property; and (c) restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and other
applicable law.
Deed from Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
The grantor hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, to warrant and defend the real estate
against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under it, except as may be stated above.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
