ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 5 7
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 140 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1, That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 139 of said Section,
the following Sub-Section No. One hundred Forty (140) :

The East Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet of the NEk
of Section 20, Township 89 North, Range 12 West of
the 5th P.M. , Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
lying North of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad
right-of-way,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1" Light Industrial
District as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 27th day of March, 1978,
approved by the Mayor on the 27th day of March, 1978.
