ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF SUPER LANE FROM THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY
LINE OF GRAND BOULEVARD TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF FOUR
SEASONS DRIVE, CLIFFDALE HEIGHTS, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
All of Summer Lane from the North right-of-way line of
Grand Boulevard to the South right-of-way line of Four
Seasons Drive, Cliffdale Heights, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 20th day of March, 1978,
approved by the Mayor on the 20th day of March, 1978.
