ORDINANCE NO. 5050
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE
EASEMENT THAT WAS RETAINED UNDER ORDINANCE
NO. 4757 WHICH VACATED A PORTION OF EAST SAN
MARNAN DRIVE BETWEEN SEARS AND PENNEYS
STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
A parcel of land located in the East � of Section 2-88-
13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Southeasterly
right-of-way line of East San Marnan Drive (formerly
Iowa State Highway 412) with the West line of the East
' of said Section 2; thence North 48036100" East along
said Southeasterly right-of-way line a distance of
926.04 feet to the point of beginning; thence North
41°24'00" West 25.00 feet; thence North 48036100" East
209.82 feet; thence South 41024'00" East 18.23 feet to
the former southeasterly right-of-way line of East San
Marnan Drive (formerly Iowa Highway 412); thence
southwesterly along said former southeasterly right-of-
way line 209.93 feet to the point of beginning.
The Southwesterly right-of-way line of Sears Street is
assumed to bear North 41°24'00" West, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
