RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEDICATION OF
A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT WITH BCS
PROPERTIES, LLC, ADJACENT TO 1850 WEST
RIDGEWAY AVENUE TO ALLOW FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, REMOVAL OR
REPLACEMENT OF A SANITARY SEWER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the sanitary sewer easement generally located adjacent
to 1850 West Ridgeway Avenue is legally described as follows:
AN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES OVER, UNDER, AND
ACROSS THAT PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF
SECTION THIRTY-THREE (33), TOWNSHIP EIGHTY-NINE NORTH
(T89N), RANGE THIRTEEN WEST (R13W) OF THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL
MERIDIAN, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THE SOUTH FIFTEEN (15) FEET OF THE EAST ONE HUNDRED (100.00)
FEET OF PARCEL "J" MISC. BOOK 332, PAGE 723 IN THE BLACK
HAWK COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE CONTAINING 0.02 ACRE.
AND
THE SOUTH FIFTEEN (15) FEET OF PARCEL "A" MISC. BOOK 296,
PAGE 832 IN AFORESAID RECORDER'S OFFICE AND THE WESTERLY
EXTENSION OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTH FIFTEEN (15) FEET
