ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 3 9
AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL THAT PART OF CHARLESTON AVENUE FROM
THE WEST LINE OF ROTH PARK CAMP SUBDIVISION, EXTENDING EAST
TO THE EAST LINE OF ROTH PARK CAMP SUBDIVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
All that part of Charleston Avenue from the West line
of Roth Park Camp Subdivision, extending East to the
East line of Roth Park Camp Subdivision in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 23rd day of January,
1978, approved by the Mayor on the 23rd day of January, 1978.
