ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION 30. 135 TO SECTIOU 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATF.P100, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance 'No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 134 of said Section,
the followings Sub-Section No. One hundred thirty five (135) :
"135
The West one (1) foot of. the North one hundred and twenty (120)
feet of Lot 1, all of Lot 2 except the South twenty (20) feet
and all of Lot 3 in Block 7 of Hatmand and Hopkins Addition in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the sane is hereby zoned as "C-2"
Commercial District as above described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 23rd day of January,
1978, approved by the Mayor on the 23rd day of January, 1978.
