ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 3 5
AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF WLY V OF IDAHO STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
LOCATED ADJACENT TO LOT 18, BLOCK 12, HILLSIDE ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
All of the Westerly Seven (7) feet of the Idaho Street tight-of-
way located adjacent to Lot 18, Block 12, Hillside Addition in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 23rd day of January,
1978, approved by the Mayor on the 23rd day of January, 1978.
