RESOLUTION NO. 2012-612
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR
KLINGAMAN PARK 4TH ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
precedent to the final approval of Klingaman Park 4th Addition:
the paving, and installation of sanitary sewer and storm sewer,
and
WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards
and requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. has provided a two-year
Maintenance Bond for said Klingaman Park 4th Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the improvements for Klingaman Park 4th
Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th da of June, 2012 .
