RESOLUTION NO. 2012-615
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BY INTERIM MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated June 18, 2012, at a
cost of 1 . 5 percent of grant award, with a maximum cost of
$2, 000 . 00 of funds awarded, for grant writing, preparation, and
submittal of a State Recreational Trails Fund Application for the
Shaulis Road Trail - Hawkeye Road (IA 21) to the Isle of Capri
Boulevard, by and between Iowa Northland Regional Council of
Governments of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 2012 .
