ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS A*'IENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 134 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONINr CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THIS: COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 133 of said Section,
the following Sub-Section No . One hundred thirty four (134) :
"134
The North 400 feet of the West 493 feet of the West one-half of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 89 North, Range 13
West of the 5th Principal Meridian in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, except the North 200 feet of the West
220 feet thereof and except streets
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2." One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2"
Commercial District as above described" .
Section 2. That ' the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 19th day of December,
1977, approved by the Mayor on the 19th day of December, 1977.
