ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 2 7
ORDINANCE A14ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 131 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 130 of said Section,
the following Sub-Section No. One hundred thirty-one (131) :
"131
Lot 13, in Warren Ernster Addition in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on :the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned Conditional
for five stall garage purposes as above described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 24th day of October,
1977, approved by the Mayor on the 24th day of October, 1977.
