AN ORDINANCE VACATING PART OF KENYON STREET FROM EASTERLY RIGHT
OF WAY LINE OF POWER STREET TO NORTHWESTERLY LOT LINE OF LOT 11,
BLOCK 1, RIVERVIEW ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That part of Kenyon Street from the Easterly right-mf-way line
of Power Street to the Northwesterly lot line of Lot 11, Block
1, Riverview Addition, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 17th day of October,
1977, approved by the Mayor on the 17th day of October, 1977.
