AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 36, VEHICLES FOR HIRE, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF WATERLOO, DIVISION 4, RATES &
FARES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
that:
That Subsections (a) (1) and (a) (2) of Section 36-58 of Division 4,
Rates & Fares of Chapter 36, Vehicles for Hire of the Code of Ordinances,
City of Waterloo, are hereby repealed in the_ r entirety; that new
Subsections (a) (1) and (a) (2) of Section 36-58 of Division 4, Rates &
Fares of Chapter 36, Vehicles for Hire of the Code of Ordinances, City
of Waterloo, are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
Section 36-58
(a)
(1) For the first 1/5 mile $1.00
(2) For each additional 1/5 mile thereafter. $0.20
