Moved by Courbat, seconded by Ticknor that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Eight. Moved by Courbat, seconded by Ticknor that the Minutes of April 27, 2011, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Eight. Due to a member needing to leave the agenda was amended to allow the bills payments first. Moved by Ticknor, seconded by Hastings that the invoices submitted by Dick Hastings in the amount of $83.27 for miscellaneous supplies and padlocks be paid and City Clerk authorized to submit for payment. Ayes: Eight. Suzy Schares, City Clerk, asked the Commission to consider funding the request of the Waterloo Memorial Board of $450.00 for Veteran Grave Marker Flags. This request could be funded utilizing the Black Hawk County Gaming grant received by the commission for flags. Moved by Ticknor, seconded by Hastings that the invoice submitted by Waterloo Memorial Board in the amount of $450.00 for Veteran Grave Marker Flags be paid and City Clerk authorized to submit for payment.
