ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 2 1
AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTION OF RALPH ROAD LYING ADJACENT TO LOTS
21, 24, 25, 28, 29 AND 32, LOBDELL' S SECOND ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, 'IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS :
That commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 21, Lobdell's Second
Addition; thence West along a Westerly extension of the Southerly
lot line of said Lot 21 a distance of thirty (30) feet to the West
line of Ralph Road; thence North along the Westerly line of Ralph
Road a distance of 360 feet to a point of intersection with a West-
erly extension of the North line of Lot 32, Lobdell' s Second Ad-
dition, thence Bast along said Westerly extension of said lot line
a distance of thirty (30) feet; thence South along the East line of
Ralph Road to point of beginning,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with City of Waterloo, Iowa,
retention of a utility easement over, under and upon same.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 12th day of September,
1977, approved by the Mayor on the 12th day of September, 1977.
