ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 129 TO SECTION 2A-5, RE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF vdATERL00, IO,4A:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be fur-
ther amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 128 of said Section, the
following Sub-Section No. One hundred twenty nine (129) :
"129
The South 20 Acres of the East 118 Acres of the Southeast Quarter
of Section No. Three (3) , Township No. Eighty-Eight (88) North,
Ranqe No. Thirteen (13) Nest of the Fifth Principal Meridian in
Black Hawk County, Iowa, except the East 300 feet thereof and
except the Nest 190 feet of the South 233 feet thereof, subject
to legal highways,
1^,ITH THE FOLLOWING PORTION TO BE REZONED "R-4" 14ULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT
The West 200 feet of the North 212.8 feet of said parcel and that
part of said parcel described as follows: Commencinq at a point on
the North line of San Marnan Drive which is 310 feet East of the East
line of St. Francis Drive; thence North 150 feet; thence East parallel
to and 150 feet North of the North line of San Marnan Drive to the
East line of said parcel; thence South 150 feet alonq the East line
of said parcel to the North line of San Marnan Drive; thence West
along the North line of San Marnan Drive to the point of beginnnq,
AND THE FOLLOWING PORTION TO BE REZONED "R-2" ONE AND TRO FAMILY RESIDENCE

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file
a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
