ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO.127 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 9ATERLOO, IOWTA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by addinq after Sub-Section No. 126 of said
Section, the followinq Sub-Section No. One hundred twenty-seven
(127) :

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder
of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on JLtJday of Auqust,
1977, approved by the Mayor on the 2zd day of Auqust, 1977.
