ORDINANCE NO. 2912
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PART OF RIEHL STREET LOCATED REST
OF THE WESTERLY LINE OF VACATED RIVERSIDE DRIVE, CEDAR RIVER
PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOiI?a,

That part of Riehl Street located West of the Westerly
line of vacated Riverside Drive, Cedar River -ark in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated .
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 8th day of August,
