ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 10
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS $2 ,400.00 PER ANNUM, BEGINNING JANUARY
3, 1978, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2515.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
1. That the salary of Councilmen commencing January 3, 1978 , shall
be as follows :
City Councilmen: $2 ,400.00 Per Annum, payable Bi-Weekly
2. That said compensation shall be paid in full compensation for
all services of such Councilmen of every character connected with their
official duties.
3. That this Ordinance by virtue of its enactment, repeals any and
all Ordinances and Resolutions in conflict herewith.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 1977.
