ORDINANCE NO. 2 9 0 9
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF THE MAYOR OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS $26 , 750 .00, BEGINNING JANUARY 3, 1978,
AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2760.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. The Mayor of Waterloo, Iowa, shall receive an annual
salary of Twenty-six thousand seven hundred fifty & no/100ths ($26, 750. 00)
Dollars, to be paid in equally bi-weekly installments beginning January
3, 1978.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 2760 is hereby repealed.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of July, 1977.
