ORDINANCE NO. 2908
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF KENYON STREET IN RIVERVIEW
ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS ; That
That portion of Kenyon Street lying between the Northwesterly
lot line of Lot 11 , Block 1, extended and the Northwesterly
lot line of Lot 22 , Block 2, extended all in Riverview Addition,
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 25th day of July
1977, approved by the Mayor on the 25th day of July , 1977.
