ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 124 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ':WATERLOO, I04A.:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by addinq after Sub-Section No. 123 of said Section,
the followinq Sub-Section No. One hundred twenty-four (124) :
"124
Lots 241, 242, 243 and 244, Pleasant View (addition, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
subject to reservation of west ten feet of Lot 244, Pleasant
View Addition, for backage road purposes,
now zoned on the Zoninq Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2"
Commercial District as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 18th day of July, 1977,
approved by the Mayor on the 18th day of July, 1977.
