ORDINANCE .'uh&NDING ORDIN"NCE NO. 2479, AS (-AENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 125 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTr1IN PROPER.'I`Y.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF +JATERLOO, IOC`,:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 124 of said Section,
the followinq Sub-section No. One hundred twenty-five (125) :
"125
Lot 1, Block 3, in Krapfel and (laces Subdivision, in City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoninq Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple Residence
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4+' Multiple Residence Dis-
trict as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
