ORDIN=JANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS .-MENDED, BY
ADDING SSUB-SECTION NO. 126 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2Ar5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by addinq after Sub-Section No. 125 of said Section,
the followinq Sub-Section No. One hundred twenty-six (126) :

Beqinninq at a point 2 Rods North and 1111 Rods West of the South-
east corner of Section 20, Township 89, Ranqe 12 West of the fifth
Principal Merfd.iaan, Black Hawk County, Iowa, thence Westerly paral-
lel with the South line of said Section a distance of 20 Rods;
thence Northerly parallel with the East line of said Section a
distance of 330 feet ' thence Northeasterly to a point IVI Rods
West and 438 feet North of the Southeast corner of said section;
thence South 405 feet to the point of beginninq.
now zoned on the Zoninq Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4" Multiple Residence
District as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 18th day of July, 1977,
approved by the Mayor on the 18th day of July, 1977.
