ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-
SECTION NO. 120 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL 'OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 119 of said Section,
the following Sub-Section No. One hundred twenty (120) :

Lot 1, 2 and 3 in the Replat of a part of Lot 1, Kimball Heights,
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two Family
Residinee District, be and the same is hereby zoned as conditional as above
described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance With the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on day of
1977, approved by the Mayor on the S Jk day of 1977. '
