RESOLUTION NO. 2020-267
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY J. PETTIECORD, INC., OF,
BONDURANT, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $117,060, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2020 WATERLOO AIR AND
RAIL PARK TREE CLEARING, CONTRACT NO. 1017.
WHEREAS, J. Pettiecord, Inc., of, Bondurant, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with
the FY 2020 Waterloo Air and Rail Park Tree Clearing, Contract No. 1017, and
WHEREAS, J. Pettiecord, Inc. has completed the aforementioned project in accordance
with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of $117,060.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by J. Pettiecord, Inc., at a total cost of $117,060, in conjunction with
the FY 2020 Waterloo Air and Rail Park Tree Clearing, Contract No. 1017, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April 2020.
