RESOLUTION NO. 2020-271 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY XL COLT FARMS, LLC, FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF AUDUBON HILLS 2ND ADDITION, TO ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TWENTY -LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, LOCATED EAST OF 1866 RED TAIL DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS. WHEREAS, on this 20th day of April 2020, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of Audubon Hills Second Addition, a twenty -lot residential subdivision, located east of 1866 Red Tail Drive, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on April 20, 2020, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the request of XL Colt Farms, LLC, for the Final Plat of Audubon Hills Second Addition, a twenty -lot residential subdivision, located east of 1866 Red Tail Drive, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April 2020.
