ORDINANCE NO. 2 8 9 7
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION NO. 119 TO SECTION 2A-5 , REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 118 of said Sec-
tion, the following Sub-Section No. One hundred nineteen (119) :
"119
The East 772 feet of the North 17 Rods of the East k of
the South 40 acres of the Northeast Fractional 4 of Sec-
tion 2 , Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M.
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, except
the South 150 feet of the East 250 feet thereof approxi-
mately 4.01 acres ,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District and "R-1" One and Two Family Residence District, be, and
the same is hereby zoned as "C-1" Commercial District as above des-
cribed" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 27th day of June,
1977 , approved by the Mayor on the 27th day of June, 1977 .
