ORDINANCE NO. 5053
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 115 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE
"C -1,C -Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 114,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. One Hundred Fifteen
(115), a site plan amendment to the "C -1,C -Z" Conditional Zoning
District.
"115.
Lots 1 and 2 in Block 1, in Rosebud Addition, in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C -1,C -Z"
Conditional Zoning District, to allow for the establishment of a
grinding shop and computer office in the existing building
generally located at 700 West Parker Street, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That there is no outside storage, and all the business
operations are contained within the building.
2. That use of the site shall be limited to a grinding
shop, a computer office, and any use permitted in the
"C-1" Commercial District, except that the site shall
not be used for an animal hospital, veterinary clinic,
car wash, commercial parking lot, gas station, or
alcohol sales use."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
