Justification of need for position: The Clerk I positon is vacant to due to a promotion effective September 9,
2015.The Clerk II position will provide clerical assistance to the Capacity Operations & Maintenance Program
(CMOM) and also for the FOG program and other duties as assigned.
What are the likely consequences if the position is not filled? Day to day operations will not be accomplished in a
timely manner. Consent decree submittals on CMOM activities may not be completed on time.
