Justification of need for position: One of the 3 man crew to install thermoplastic markings, paint/mark streets &
parking lots fabricate signs, sign management, install and maintain signs,along with plowing snow, salting and
sanding.
What are the likely consequences if the position is not filled? Line striping / marking and painting on city streets will
not be completed. For safety reasons there needs to be at least 3 employees on the street. Slower response to
replacing and maintaining signs.
